Land Reutilization Authority, City of St. Louis, 2024–2026: 6,499 lawn services across about 780 acres — 1,886 in 2024 (about $327K billed), 3,051 in 2025 ($403K, up 62%), and 1,562 year-to-date through July 13, 2026 ($249K). Three consecutive seasons with no missed rotation, on 2–3 week cycles in peak season. We also maintained 100 acres at Lambert International Airport as a contractor from 2023 to 2026, and were trusted on high-profile sites like the Monarch on MLK, with 24-hour emergency turnaround. This is past performance — the Land Reutilization Authority contract has ended.
