Government properties are different from a single home lawn. They come in large portfolios of lots, including vacant properties, where public safety and curb appeal matter to whole neighborhoods. The work has to be accountable and documented — dump tickets and records for every job — and it has to fit procurement and contract requirements, with dependable rotations and no missed cycles, plus emergency turnaround when conditions change.

 

Jenkins & Son's provides for those needs with scheduled, documented grounds maintenance: grounds maintenance, property and lot cleanup, landscape care, snow and ice management, forestry, vegetation management and vacant-property maintenance. Our past work proves it: from 2024 to 2026, we delivered 6,499 lawn services covering roughly 780 acres for the City of St. Louis Land Reutilization Authority (LRA), on cycles of roughly every 2 to 3 weeks, with debris removal, herbicide application, dump-ticket handling with documented disposal, and 24-hour emergency turnaround. From 2023 to 2026, we also maintained 100 acres of land at Lambert International Airport as a contractor. This work is past work, shared as proof of what our team has delivered; it is not a current contract.
