From 2024 to 2026, Jenkins and Sons delivered grounds maintenance for the City of St. Louis Land Reutilization Authority (LRA): 6,499 lawn services covering roughly 780 acres — 1,886 services in 2024 (about $327K), 3,051 in 2025 ($403K, up 62%) and 1,562 year-to-date through July 13, 2026 ($249K). The work covered Ward 12 and 13 corridors on cycles of roughly every 2 to 3 weeks, and included debris removal, herbicide application and dump-ticket handling with documented disposal. Emergency work was turned around within 24 hours, including at high-profile sites like the Monarch on MLK. From 2023 to 2026, we also maintained 100 acres of land at Lambert International Airport as a contractor.
